Tulsa Red-Light Enforcement Focus

Pay close attention if you're driving the streets of Tulsa this month. Tulsa Police Department will be focusing on red-light and yellow-light runners. Officers will reportedly not be issuing warnings to violators, only tickets ranging from $200 to $250 dollars.

I've always felt tickets for "running a yellow light" were dubious at best. The city ordinance can be found here and does not have a particular rule about stopping for a yellow light. Be that as it may, it seems TPD will be performing stops for those supposed yellow-light violators as well.
